Book Review: Enemy Waters, By Justine Davis

Loved the story. The heroine is relatable, the romance comes naturally, and the suspense keeps you turning the pages. I only wish the story was longer than 224 pages, because it reads rather quick.

Maggie Scott is on the run from her abusive, big-shot husband when she meets Cooper Grant, a P.I. unbeknownst to her, hired to investigate her. Although slow to warm up to him because of her trust issues, she eventually falls for him, and continues to run from her husband who is even closer than she thinks.
